Jon Lightner, Ph.D., MBA, is an agricultural biotechnology leader with more than 30 years of industry experience spanning plant and animal agriculture. A former Vice President of Biotechnology at Pioneer Hi-Bred and a startup founder, he brings scientific and commercial expertise across genetics, engineering, and chemistry. His work focuses on applying technology to improve agricultural productivity and address the challenges of climate change and sustainability.
