Harold Davies

Hal Davies brings more than four decades of accounting, financial management, and organizational leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Spearhead Bio. From 2001 to 2024, he held increasingly senior financial and operational positions at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, ultimately serving as COO and Vice President of Finance. Hal began his career as a CPA with Deloitte and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and an MBA with honors from Washington University in St. Louis.
